Azure certification is world-renowned, which naturally gives you a professional edge in the market. When it comes to checking out your options, don't forget to check out Azure Developer Certification. This one is divided into two sections: core cloud solutions (AZ-200) and advanced solutions (AZ-201). In this article, we will talk about both the sections in detail; as part of our treatise on Azure training.
Azure Developer Certification: Core Cloud Solutions (AZ-200)
This certification is part one of a four-part program that has been designed to help the trainees prepare for Microsoft Azure developer; AZ-203. This course is designed for individuals who can use either one of the four coding languages, supported by Microsoft Azure, to develop a code. This course covers topics like connectivity patterns and design, Microsoft Azure architect, and will also teach the students how to choose the best storage solution for each application development process.
Course Objectives
After the completion of the course the students will be able to:
- Explain and understand basic applications design and connectivity patterns of Microsoft Azure.
- Planning and measuring access to data structure and throughput.
- Explain and understand networking topologies of Microsoft Azure.
- Access and connect to Microsoft Azure storage.
- Deploy and develop policies to tables.
- Read, update, develop, and remove tables using codes.
- Create for content delivery network and Azure Redis cache.
- Create solutions by using blob storage.
- Use Microsoft Azure CLI, PowerShell, and other features and tools to design web app for Microsoft Azure app.
- Develop documentation for API with the help of open source and other services and tools.
- Add push notifications and enable offline sync feature in mobile applications.
- Create stateless and stateful applications using service fabric.
- Develop functions in azure such as triggers and bindings.
- Run and explain scheduled bulk operations.
- Use Azure CLI and Microsoft Azure portal to develop Microsoft azure container service (ACS/AKS)
- Create media solutions through AI services.
- Manage cryptographic keys with the help of Azure key vault.
- use SSL/TLS communications, encryption, and azure confidential computing to create secure data solutions.
- Deploy access control in situations like role-based authorizations and claims.
- Explain different options used for authentication in Microsoft Azure such as multi-factor and will know how each works.
Audience
This course is designed for programmers who are willing to hold and create solutions in Microsoft Azure. Prior work experience with Microsoft Azure and the ability to use at least one of the four coding languages that are supported by Azure are the prerequisites for this course. This course will focus on Azure CLI, JavaScript, Azure PowerShell, C#, and Node.js.
Azure Developer Certification: Advanced Solutions (AZ-201)
This is also one out of four courses that have been designed to help the trainees prepare for Microsoft Azure developer - az-203's certification exam. These classes are specially designed for those individuals who are already working in the field, have practical experience, and can code using at least one of the languages that are supported by micro azure. This course contains information and knowledge to ensure that the students can understand and learn how to implement the process of solution and performance expectation in Microsoft Azure. Topics covered in this course include long-running tasks, distributed transactions, asynchronous processing, and auto-scaling. Moreover, the students will also learn about the right method of leveraging Microsoft Azure search for textual content, logging in development solutions, and the procedure of deploying instruments.
Course Objectives
After the completion of the course the students will be able to:
- Understand the process of using the right asynchronous compute model and create asynchronous processing.
- Implement codes that are designed to cater to the transient state and deploy auto-scaling.
- Manage and deploy distributed transactions.
- Learn the process of deploying large-scale, parallel, and high-performance applications using batches.
- Manage API with the help of API management (APIM).
- Develop topics, subscriptions, and event model.
- Use Bing search in the application.
- Configure a service or an app for receiving and sending emails.
- Use computer vision to create solutions.
- Manage and deploy distributed transactions.
- Configure instrumentation in a service or an application using application insights or various other tools.
- Develop API gateway, and APIM instance, configure authentication and define policies for APIs.
- Create a message application comprising of message schema and message exchange.
- Implement speech services and language processing in the application.
- Manage and develop dictionaries for Q&A maker and FAQ generation.
- Register and develop a basic bot using Bot framework, and utilize the Microsoft Azure portal to manage it.
- Manage the outputs and inputs for IoT device using stream analytics service.
- Utilize azure time series insights to configure IoT solutions.
- Register mobile devices with IoT hub device provisioning services.
