It brought a ton of benefits to the workers and the company in general by staying on schedule and not distributing the work. Suppose your employees are using such cloud storage solutions, i.e., Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive, regarding company work and storing files that belong to the company system. Many companies have such policies in effect where employees can’t use these storage solutions at all because then the company itself doesn't have any control over the files/data that is being shared and stored there, nor even the passwords that are used to access these accounts.

Phishing Emails

Phishing remains the ultimate hacking technique to this date. Even after so much awareness is distributed across digital channels, people fall prey to it from time to time. Employee training is recommended to make sure that they can differentiate between a genuine and phishing email.
